"GET FIT BOOTCAMP"

Starting April 20th, Once again Get FIt Bootcamp monthly program/classes will begin. The program is designed for anyone wanting to truly change their lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals. The 4 week training program locations are in Scranton PA @ Nay Aug Park and in Hazleton PA @ Community Park. These motivating fitness classes will help you change your life and show you that any goal is achieveable. Get Fit Bootcamps consist of total body circuit/resistance training workouts. This workout includes all types of different training techniques to shock your body and see results instantly. The types of training include TABATA, resistance bands, medicine balls, aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, and more. These workouts are for all ages and fitness levels. The exercises are performed for thrity seconds intervals and always at your own pace. Our trainers truly care about helping you see results and will always be available to you throghout the entire 4 week program for only 75$ a month or 10$ per walk-in class. The monthly rate includes 4-5 classes a week for 45min-1hr UNLIMITED  with a nutritonal plan. We will also keep in contact with each camper to ensure your seeing results. You must RVSP's prior to each class and there is no limit to the number on RSVP's. There will be a 10$ pentalty fee if you RSVP for a class and do not show without calling to cancel prior to class. Our Schedule is flexible and will be willing to change class times. Brandon Brennan, Fitness Specialist, Owner

Graduated from Hazleton Area School District in Hazleton, PA in 2003. Continued my Education for 4 years at Penn State University Main Campus studying Exercise Science/Kinesiology, and completed my Bachelor's degree in 2007.

While attending Penn State University, I was a personal trainer for the PSU Fitness Facilities, responsible for designing workouts, instructing classes, and answering fitness questions during consultations for the staff, students, and collegiate sports teams such as gymnastics,lacrosse, wrestling, etc.

I Have been a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer for 5 years and have worked in three different major fitness centers, The Downtown Athletic Club, Hazleton, PA, The Iron House Gym, Hazleton, PA and Planet Fitness, Scranton, PA where I am currently employed.

I am now training primarily in the Scranton area, but I also travel to many different locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania Region. 

Fitness has improved my life and every aspect of it.  By living a healthier lifestyle, it has given me more energy and motivation that I can put into helping other people achieve their health/fitness goals.
